Amazon’s Employee Services Technology (ES Tech) Team is looking for a Program Manager passionate about building and launching highly functional content management systems that support our global employee population.
The best candidates will rely on data, insights and customer input to support the program vision, and will bring experience managing complex projects, launching and implementing large-scale systems, and cultivating deep trust with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include owning a portfolio of global project implementations and launches, sifting through competing priorities and complex requirements to clarify and solidify the roadmap, driving change management strategy and execution, and establishing and measuring key performance metrics to assess implementation success.
You will work globally with business groups and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines, and map those to global HR and platform objectives.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.
This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.
Responsibilities Lead critical improvement programs and corresponding work-streams Build strong partnerships with internal technology teams and operational teams, to ensure the successful implementation of new systems, services and solutions to support employees globally Be a driver and owner of program deliverables and outcomes Be comfortable navigating ambiguity with stakeholders and help teams proactively resolve issues Develop clear cross-functional plans and communications that fosters team engagement and supports program outcomes Prioritize competing demands & deliverables on multiple projects Mitigate and manage project risks while maximizing and nurturing opportunities Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement scalable solutions Develop deep knowledge of the CMS platform and knowledge of downstream/upstream systems utilized by Amazon Monitor, track and report on guideline related milestones and metrics.
Basic Qualifications 3 years experience in program or project management Bachelor’s Degree Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 3 years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
