The Defense Group of Leidos has an opening for a DISMG Sr. Instructor and Content Developer at Fort Bragg, NC.
INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for all aspects of the DISFC, GEP, and DISMG course functions
Conduct close coordination with the Digital Initiatives Group (DIG) members for all aspects of the DISFC, GEP, and DISMG courses changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for DISMG
Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of DISMG instruction and delivery
Conducts close coordination with the DISMG Initiatives Group members for all aspects and the synchronization of the IOC-All Source course
Create course content based on DIG and Working Group inputs
Host weekly meetings with stakeholders for emerging problems
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Synchronize input from the DIG community
Work directly with the DISMGC Course Manager and the DIG to assess current and future course material, and coordinate and certify DISMGC cadre personnel to ensure proper training and qualifications
Assist in the development, execution, update, and continual evolution of the DISMG and training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies, and AAR reviews
Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the DISMG portfolio
Facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings
Supports exercise and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments
Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMG within 90 days
May require up to 40% travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (recommend: education, intel studies) with 15 years of experience as 35D, 350F, 35F
Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community Instructor Course (CFDIC)
3+ years of tactical experience and 3+ years of operational experience as an intelligence professional at a MICO, BCT, or DIV-Corps level echelon
Demonstrated expertise with Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) applications to include DCGS-A Family of Systems, ArcGIS, FADE/MIST, ICI, and other intelligence programs of record
Experience in the development and implementation of architecture and topology strategies; skill in application of interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and proficient in systems integration tasks for MI systems
