We’ll provide the training and development, and you provide the effort and winning attitude!Job ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully sell DISH products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-makingAbility to effectively balance speaking Spanish and English.

Communication (speaking, reading and writing) with customers will be in Spanish, while internal business operations will be conducted in English.Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as an individual contributorDemonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goalsAssess each customer and their needs to determine the best valueAbility to build and maintain customer relationshipsTranspose customer information including demographic, billing, etc.Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfactionRequirementsBe fluent in English and SpanishMust be a high school graduate; college graduates preferredCandidate must be able to speak, write and communicate in SpanishCandidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug testMust be able to work full-time, onsite in one of our Direct Sales facilities.Compensation: $11.50/Hour Uncapped Commission:Base pay ($11.50/hour) with uncapped commission and so, so much more!
