T he position will be key in defining Punchh’s data strategy and building a comprehensive suite of ML products.

nn nn What You’ll Do nn Work with the senior leadership, especially the CPTO office to create and implement Punchh’s long term strategies in advanced data technologies.

Own the roadmap of the entire ML team, driving for outstanding execution.

Own the ML infrastructure, working with other technology leaders to build high-performing engineering platforms.

Both the strategic and technical leader of Punchh’s Intelligent Data Platform , including: Model customer behavior to empower intelligent marketing campaigns.

Use the latest NLP techniques to understand the text contents on the Punchh platform, e.g.

restaurant reviews, receipts, and product catalogs.

Weak-supervision technologies to make AI products “less data-hungry” Represent Punchh in conferences, publications, and marketing events nn What You’ll Need nn Leadership experience in managing an AI team & developing scalable ML products.

Advanced degree (Ph.D.

preferred) in computer science, physics, engineering or other related fields.

Extensive experience with one or more of the following industrial fields: retail, marketing, marketplace.

Outstanding software engineering background, with hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks.

Extensive knowledge with cloud technology, e.g.

AWS and Azure.

Exceptional ability to articulate a complex concept with thoughtful, actionable recommendations.
