Job Responsibilities: Research customer decision making criteria, competitor’s strategies and growth initiatives.
Utilize data to help organization stay on the leading edge of market trends Compile reports and recommendations on competitive strategies Evaluate market trends and patterns to understand under-represented markets Develop customer profiles for key institutions including key decision makers and influencers Support the Commercial Sales coverage team in identifying, evaluating and executing various cancer center partnership opportunities including: preparation and updating internal and external materials such as strategy documents, cancer center lists and profiles and pitch documents.
Support Commercial Sales team outreach including working on company presentations, script and meetings.
Maintain current news and updates for key customers and industry influencers Conduct research on emerging markets, trends and customers Create high quality research portfolio and continuously update Understand compensation trends and maintain competitiveness and compensation philosophy Help administer compensation programs Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales analytics and strategic capacity Experience in creating visually appealing presentations for executive and investor presentations with attention to detail Prior experience in Business Intelligence/Data Visualization programs e.g.
Tableau, Dynamics, Qlik sense (preferred) SQL Query Experience Experience managing data within a CRM program (Salesforce preferred) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Powerpoint Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experienced in handling confidential corporate strategy and information Core Skills & Experience: Proven ability to manage time effectively, respond quickly to changing priorities, and adapt within a fast-paced environment Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong computer proficiency Excellent time management skills with high degree of organization and ability to handle multiple projects Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of proprietary software programs Willingness to share and receive information and ideas across the organization in order to achieve desired results and help other team members succeed Drive for Results (Service, Quality, and Continuous Improvement) – Ensure procedures and processes are in place that lead to delivery of quality results and continually reassess their effectiveness to achieve continuous improvement Communication – Proficient verbal and written communication skills; willingness to share and receive information and ideas from all levels of the organization in order to achieve the desired results Teamwork – Commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team Customer Service Focus – Demonstrate a focus on listening to and understanding client/customer needs and exceeding service and quality expectations
