RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Digital Solutions Lead Training Coordinator in Boston, MA.
Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Digital University Solutions and Experience, the Lead Training Coordinator will be tasked with handling the entire suite of customer facing training ITS offers.
The coordinator will create, audit, and maintain technical training curriculum that will be facilitated by themselves or Digital Transformation Educators (trainers).
They will also manage the schedule of trainings and trainers to optimize availability and relevance to the community.
Responsibilities will include: Create and maintain thoughtful training curriculum to match the current needs of the community Manage the training schedule, location, and facilitation standards Create metrics and feedback methods to ensure training is useful Scale the training team as needed Manage the schedule of Digital Transformation Educators (trainers) Work with IT Marketing and Communications team to market training presence Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of experience in training, preferably in higher education or technology environment Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction Passionate about changes and welcomes variety Adaptability to do things differently The ability to set and achieve measurable goals for themselves and others Eagerness to lend a helpful hand and go out of their way to make life easier for other people Excited to help people transform their workplace into the modern and digital age by teaching them how to use all the tools ITS has to offer Public speaking experience Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
