Digital Solutions Educator

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Digital Solutions Educator in Boston, MA.

Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Digital University Solutions and Experience, the Digital Transformation Educator will be tasked with facilitating technical trainings for the services offered by ITS.

Educators should be capable of understanding technical concepts and delivering a useful training to large groups of people.

They may also assist in the creation, revising, and adjustment of trainings as needed to maintain successful education of the Northeastern community.

Responsibilities will include: Train members on how to use implemented services Develop and adapt effective trainings based on customer needs and current services offered Communicate with trainees to ensure understanding and satisfaction of service Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years of experience in training, preferably in higher education or technology environment Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction Passionate about changes and welcomes variety Adaptability to do things differently The ability to set and achieve measurable goals for themselves and others Eagerness to lend a helpful hand and go out of their way to make life easier for other people Excited to help people transform their workplace into the modern and digital age by teaching them how to use all the tools ITS has to offer Public speaking experience Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
