Description

This well known Entertainment organisation has gone from strength to strength and is looking for a DevOps Engineering Lead to join the Technology business on a permanent basis.

They are looking for a DevOps Engineer Lead to support with the following;

• Own the design and implementation of standards, procedures, and methodologies to maximise the effectiveness of the product delivery lifecycle.
• Develop, document, and maintain DevOps automation standards, practices, and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas of improvement and optimisation.
• Identify and evaluate industry innovations, trends and offerings, act as an SME and be at the forefront of DevOps practices and developments.
• Provide technical leadership to teams across the technical team with regards to engineering practices, tooling, and building well architected systems
• Drive the creation of DevOps platforms and toolsets that facilitate Technology platform and portfolio teams
• Support an environment where agility and continuous improvement is built into work practices.
• Mentor, support, train and educate peers to promote DevOps methods and enhance the domain’s capabilities.

They are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has the following experiences.

• Experience within a large commercial environment, providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to drive adoption within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a continuous improvement culture.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
