DevOps Engineer

iWorld Professionals is seeking a DevOps Engineer for a growing technology services company headquartered in Rochester NY. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of products. DevOps Engineer Responsibilities: – Work as part of a team implementing DevOps infrastructure projects. – Design and implement automation solutions for development, testing and production environments. – Build and deploy automation, monitoring and analysis solutions. – Implement industry best practices for system configuration management. DepOps Engineer Desired Skills & Experience: – 3 years DevOps experience in a comparable role – Knowledge of configuration management tools – Cloud application experience – Experience with scripting /programming using Bash, Powershell, Python or similar tools – Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, – Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle best practices – Experience maintaining and troubleshooting backend AWS infrastructure strongly desired.
