Role Description:
Responsible for the release management, infrastructure maintenance and operational support, end user support, and supplier engagement of the PleaseReview application suite.
Actively engage with strategic suppliers to resolve issues and provide input on future product directions.
Job Description:
• Engage and consult with programs on the implementation of PleaseReview software
• Provide technical knowledge and act as a subject matter expert.
• Provide general user support for engineering suite of tools.
• Manage the deployment schedule and execution of software.
• Work with the programs, vendors, and team to understand, plan, and implement migrations off of legacy systems.
• Knowledge of MS Windows server administration
• Knowledge of MSSQL database administration
