- 5+ years of SCCM experience
- Strong scripting experience – Python, Bash, Perl
- Group policy management experience
- Can keep a cool head under pressure – whether it’s assisting with level one, two or three requests
- Linux and/or Mac OS experience
- Experience working in financial services is a plus
