  • Develop software, algorithms, and applications to apply mathematics to data, perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven apps to translate data into intelligence, solve a variety of business problems and enable business strategy.
  • Assist the business with casual inferences; observations with finding patterns, relationships in data.
  • Work in small project teams as a consultant, application developer, testing analyst, and project manager.
  • Gather and clarify business requirements with existing stakeholders to understand the business problem, the existing as-is process, and the required to-be business processes to identify key value drivers of the process.
  • Observe existing users perform the process, redesign the process with tools, automation, and data, and then help to train the existing users to run the new, improved process.
  • Work on project teams as a Data Quality advocate, providing subject matter expertise or leadership to ensure adherence to Data Architecture and Data Quality principles and methodologies.
  • Own one or more specific data processes and associated deliverables with responsibility for the health of the data and reporting.
  • Develop and deploy standard reports and BI dashboards for general-purpose customers.
  • Produce and deliver high visibility presentations and status updates on your developing area.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Understanding of internal business segment stakeholders
  • Written and communication skills.
  • Systems mindset.
  • Data Focus.
  • Desire to work with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work and learn independently.
  • Fearlessness.
  • Cultural dedication to One Intel and Transparency.
  • Interest in finance and financial decision-making.
  • Customer engagement skills.
