Our client, a leading pharmaceutical client company is hiring a Data Science Lead on a long term consulting basis.

Work Location New Brunswick, NJ Summary This role will be responsible for the engineering, operations and full lifecycle management of advanced analytics and machine learning platforms leveraged Data Scientists across the client.

HeShe will work closely with data scientist and other advanced analytical users to enable their development workflow and enable access to required datasets with appropriate governance.

Responsibilities and Deliverables Develop and manage business friendly models and solutions to enable self-service Data Science and AIClient workflows in partnership with variety of stakeholders.

Engineer and enhance the platforms to scale and adapt to support variety of data science and AIClient workloads while balancing TCO.

Manage and support AIClient underlying technology platforms (including Domino, Jupyter notebook, Spark ,SAS etc.) and balance short-term needs with long term strategies to deliver expected benefits Development of new and maintenance of existing SAS applications Assist SAS users with troubleshooting and performance tuning their modelscode Actively monitor and mitigate any performance, scalability or sustainability issues with platform or application components Lead the engineering and technical build out of the SCECDR platform.

Establish robust self-service and run model for these capabilities that tailors to the varying needs of analytical users across business domains.
