TRHC works with providers and insurers to identify multi-drug interactions and to reduce risk of medication-related problems.

We are currently looking for a Data Integration Specialist who will s upport operations, IT, client champions and application developers by providing and assisting client data exchanges and data submissions to subsidiary companies and regulatory agencies.

The DI Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, investigating, mapping and testing the various data exchanges needed between clients and governing bodies.

This position requires expertise in data availability quality automation, have a strong understanding of the business requirements, and the creativity to develop workable, automated solutions for a wide range of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain ETL mappings and workflows Create and manage automated data exchanges for file retrievals and submissions Work with business and client liaisons to create standardized approaches to data sharing and integration Document ETL processes, programs and configuration procedures Manage post-production data quality monitoring Quickly identify and resolve data
– and migration-related production issues Perform routine to moderately complex data analysis and design for various business applications Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data systems and integrity Develop procedures to enhance reporting and query capabilities to improve efficiency and accuracy Develop innovative approaches to manipulate data sets in a way that enables clients to see patterns and trends REQUIREMENTS Education, Experience Training Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Equivalent Exceptional skills in relational database systems (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) Strong ability with dimensional data modeling and OLAP principles 3 years’ experience working with ETL tools (Informatica Cloud) 3 years’ experience with flat file automation (pull, post) Understanding of and familiarity with healthcare data management, healthcare claims data, risk adjustment Solid understanding of flat file formats and file format conversion Ability to identify and diagnose ETL and database related issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions Specific Skills Solid understanding of Data Warehouse methodologies Highly proficient with databases (RDBMS, Google BigQuery) Excellent communication skills Working knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Competencies Overall competency in business and technology Excited motivated to learn new technologies Sense of urgency to attend to IT leadership demands Responsive and prompt communication Customer-service oriented Excellent time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, team player, highly organized Attention to detail and accuracy of facts and documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Ability to problem-solve and ability to follow through on tasks Experience working with CMS Files and File Systems Preferred DICE
