Data Analyst

Stefanini Group is Looking for a Data Analyst in VA.

Senior Data Technical Analyst to plan, analyze, develop, test, monitor, implement and support the operations of applications.

The position is located within the Application Portfolio Management (APM) Support Office.

APM is a framework to manage business applications and software-based services.

The position is highly visible and requires strong datatechnical analysis and communication skills.

The candidate will support a software solution with principal duties to include Reviews, compiles and analyzes detailed and complex statistics and data for major business issues, providing guidance and collaboration in completing analysis, information or process mapping, andor alignment of the business and related areas.

Performs complex analysis of datatechnical issues and proactively searches for, recommends and implements sustainable solutions utilizing established methodology and tools to solve problems and issues related to data and technical operations.

Works with clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, identify customer needs, solicit and document requirements and assist in recommending and implementing solutions.

Provides support and collaboration in completing datatechnical analysis, providing ad-hoc reports, information or process mapping andor alignment of business materials and related resources.

Leads and contributes to process improvement and solution discussions and presents outcomes and actionable recommendations to management.

Assists in the development and design of new business processes and updating existing business processes.

Supports planning, coordination and execution of projects.

Supports information security and business continuity activities.

Serves as a subject matter expert on datatechnical analyst functions.

May participate in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects.

QualificationsEducation Experience in application administration, system administration and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred knowledge and fluency in MS Access, SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, PowerBI, ODBC connections,data quality experience, software testing, process development.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

5-8 Years of proven experience acting as a data technical analyst on large complex initiatives.
