Job Description Title Credit Business Analyst with API Integrations Location NYC Duration 6+ months JOB DESCRIPTION We currently seek a Sr. Business Analyst to support the company’s credit transformation roadmap including portfolio of strategictactical initiatives and architectural planning for target state Credit Architecture leveraging Mulesoft API strategy for data integrations. Primary Responsibilities Support in defining future credit technology architecture aligned with business and customer priorities. Build strong relationships and collaborate with business partners to ensure technology is aligned with business priorities. Provide full-life cycle analysis for implementation of Integration of various systems. Inventory, understand and document all the characteristics of process flows, data flow and data mapping for and in-between various systems – current and future state. Elicit, capture, and translate business requirements into system functional requirements for API integrations. Create deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. Perform complex analysis and make recommendations for process improvements. Organize and validate the requirements and ensures that all are traceable and measurable. Perform impact analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, documenting test plans, performing user acceptance testing, documenting changes to workflow and procedures, and providing post-implementation support for system enhancements and upgrades. Lead and assist sessions for data lineage, mapping, and analysis with business users in defining Business Scenarios to be executed during the UAT Phase. Lead and assist business users for operational readiness as part of every relevant project. Work with PM to develop project activities and work plans. Skills Experience 10+ years’ banking experience with stakeholder expectation management, systems analysis, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing for software development. Must have 7+ yrs. of experience in banking process flow, data analysis, data transformations, data mapping and data quality analysis. Must be proficient in the development of use cases, BRD, FRD and Test Plan documents. Must have experience in system analysis, analyzing processesdataflow between source and destination systems. Must have experience with data integrations, preferrable leveraging Rest API’s via Mulesoft Must have wide range of experience in systems, lifecycles, methodologies and be able to blend to find hybrid and best approaches. Beneficial to have experience with Credit transformations, Credit Risk Management, Loan Origination and booking systems i.e., Ncino, IBS Loans, ABLSoft, Q2, CME Research and implementation track record while working with cross-functional teams. Highly developed communications skills (writtenverbal) and interpersonal savvy. Must have affluent documentation skills with MS office, Visio to document process flows, functional and technical integration documents. Be a part of the ConsultNet difference.
