Contactor Systems Engineering Director

We are looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer who is excited to join a fast paced and innovative product development team.

We are looking for an individual to lead multiple cross functional disciplines, from research to product concept through development to released product.

As a leader of this organization you will be working on leading edge technology in support of our contactor market strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the development, testing and deployment of high-performance contactor solutions.

In this role you will interface with multiple disciplines such as marketing, program management, hardware, firmware, and software engineers, system engineering, and manufacturing.

You will work with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams to drive the system architecture approach.

You will work during design and development to ensure these designs meet customer requirements that result in the best possible user experience.

You will lead system integration activities that result in the highest quality products.

You will work with operations to transition new products to high volume manufacturing.

Education and Experience/Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering 10 years in system level product development 10 years managing small teams Experience in leading large projects with demonstrated leadership of diverse cross functional teams Broad knowledge of product development Track record of defining and developing products Track record of driving deliverables with Engineering teams Demonstrated success in driving successful projects through the full product development life cycle Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience using Matlab or similar high-level language Excellent time management skills to multi-task across multiple simultaneous projects, tasks, product releases Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with complex systems
