Communications Specialist

Stefanini Group is Looking for a Communications Specialist in VA.

The Communications and Change Management Specialist will assist in the execution of communication, training and change management activities for the Program.

The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program is part of a initiative to transition to integrated, cloud technology platforms.

Implementing this will be a significant change to the way we do business in our System s Financial Management, Human Resources, and Procurement functions, and will touch at varied levels every employee.

This individual will work closely with Program communicators and trainers to support the execution of the Program s strategic communication and change management plan across multiple platforms with the goal of educating and engaging employees.

Success is defined as supporting the engagement and education of diverse stakeholders, driving the understanding of the Orion Program and supporting the Program s objectives.

This individual will build strong relationships with subject-matter experts, key program stakeholders and internal communications and training teams.

Strong analytical and organizational skills and prudent judgement.

Excellent written and verbal ability.

Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner Strong interpersonal skills to work with the ability to work people at all levels of the organization.

Deep knowledge of communication platforms, with channel expertise.

Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Experience communicating complex technical information for a broadnon-technical audience.

Change management experience a plus.

Strong organizational, planning and self-management skills strategic thinking and independent decision-making.

Creative thinking abilities.

Must be able to consider ideas and proposals in a conceptual stage, evaluate them for fit against Program goals, and make appropriate recommendations.

Bachelor s Degree.

Project Management experience with certification a plus.

Five years of experience working with public sector andor education organizations.

Experience supporting the implementation of modern ERP systems (Oracle SAP Infor Tyler Munis) a plus.
