We are looking for Cloud Tech Lead to:

• lead teams to plan, analyze, design, build, test and deploy enterprise applications in the Azure Public Cloud

• apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the designing of systems and you will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property platforms

• collaborate with other Architects and Engineers to enable enterprise applications in identifying emerging technologies to enable and accelerate UBS GRAC journey to the Cloud and manage a small team of Cloud SMEs

• oversee our cloud computing strategy through deployment, management, and support for our cloud apps

• work alongside App Delivery Teams, Enterprise cloud teams, DevOps engineers and developers as well as other members of the technology team to ensure the right technologies are being built

You will be based in Weehawken, NJ and be part of the Engineering and Architecture Horizontal Team within Group Research, Analytics & Communications IT.

You'll be working in a global team, with colleagues in United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland and India plus managing a team of Cloud experts.Diversity helps us grow, together.

Your expertise

• ideally 5+ Years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Azure systems while implementing best practices and industry standards

• ideally 5+ Years of experience migrating on-premises Applications to Microsoft Azure cloud

• ideally 3+ years of experience working in environment having different Azure based IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services

• ideally 3+ Years of Knowledge of operation management, systems security, testing, databases and mobility considerations on Azure

• ideally 3+ years of experience working in environment with Java or Python development, Docker & Kubernetes

• ideally 3+ years of experience working in environment with M365 product suite

• experience of designing, building and executing highly successful global programs and strategy at scale

• experience with cloud platforms, and architecture patterns design patterns including: Native Architectures, Microservices, Service Oriented, Event Driven, Azure PaaS and IaaS options, Kubernetes and Containers.

• on-demand insight of business architecture & metrics including capacity, coverage, competencies & compensation.

Lead in designing the new models for future planning

• experience planning and executing on-premises to Azure migrations

• Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-301 Microsoft Azure Architecture Design and AZ-500 Microsoft Azure Security Technologies)

• experience with DevOps practices

• highly adaptable, and strong collaborator, fierce advocate and influencer

• Technical: Cloud services and solutions in Azure; Azure Active Directory, Roles and Policies; automation and scripting languages; Container Orchestration (Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry);Continuous Integration Technologies (Jenkins, Spinnaker, Azure for DevOps, Chef, Puppet);Azure PaaS, Azure networking, and Azure site reliability solutions
