Cloud Software Engineer- Active TS/SCI Required

Description Job Description Leidos is looking for a Cloud Software Engineer to partner with several other team members in the course of developing cloud software. The candidate must have good communication great collaboration skills, multitasking abilities and able to prioritize their work to meet deadlines. Primary Responsibilities Developing software to run on the AWS environment, particularly with AWS Lambda Migrating web application projects into the Cloud Writing HTTPREST web applications Building Maven projects and Angular projects SQL (Oracle, Postgres, or Aurora) Java, Javascript and Typescript, particularly for Angular (primeNG experience is a plus!) Version control through Git utilizing a branching workflow. Basic Qualifications Active TSSCI clearance BABS in a related discipline and 8+ yrs of related experience OR MAMS in a related field and 6+ years of related experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree 4+ yrs of relevant work experience 1+ years of experience in design, development and programming Software engineering experience to include substantive Java, Perl and SQL programming and relational database skills for maintaining and developing web-based and other system applications Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills A minimum of CompTIA A+, Network+ or SSCP industry certification Preferred Qualifications AWS Cloud Certifications Security+ (CE) Knowledge in networking, data center, and virtualization layer, and programming language skills (Java, Python, Bash, JavaScript, and PowerShell).
