Cloud Software Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Cloud Software Developer in Anchorage, AK. Duties Include:

• Provide technical assistance on Windows, clouds based systems
• Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development
• 3+ years in C programming language
• 2+ years of regarding design and architecture contributions to modern systems (including design, architecture, patters, reliability, and scaling)
• Thorough understanding of computer architecture
• Experience with low level SW and the interaction with HW devices
• Very good understanding of HW devices-practical experience working with embedded systems
• Experience with SoC development life cycle
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Experience working with storage and networking protocols
• Cloud software development engineering for designing and building web applications using cloud-native code repositories and code deployment through software development pipelines (IE: Java, node.js, K8s (Kubernetes), Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), AWS CodeStar, etc.)
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
