Cloud Enablement Scrum Master

Experis is looking for a Scrum Master for their Cloud Enablement Team in the Columbus, OH area. This role will be remote until October 2021 and then you will need to work 3 days a week onsite. This person will be working with a cross functional team put together to help set us up for success with cloud enablement. This is a new way of working for us so this candidate should be flexible and able to adapt quickly. Initially this team will be working with three large infrastructure projects. We have assembled this team by pulling together team members from various infrastructure teams. This group of individuals have not worked on the same team before and come from various disciplines (networking, platform engineering, data). Planning work will be complicated as this is a collection of types of work full of dependency. This is a high profile and complex work so we’re looking for senior level scrum master that has done some work with scaled approaches. This team will be relatively large (15-18 of team members) with representatives from several disciplines. The ability to thrive in a complex, high pressure, high visibility project is a must. Forecasting and scheduling should be a strong suit for this individual, so perhaps some project management experience would be a bonus. This will be a team of people, some of which have agile experience and some that don’t, so we’ll be pairing this scrum master up with one of our agile coaches to transform the team into agile practicies. We already have well established agile practices, scaled agile practices and an agile transformation process, so we’re looking for someone who has the ability to quickly learn those and translate that for the team. The team is technology heavy and going to take some flexibility in adapting agile practices to work.
