Cloud Content Mgmt & Tech Writer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a Farmington, CT based client is looking for a Cloud Content Management and Tech Writer on a contract basis.

Essential Duties: Author/create, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including but not limited to Systems Development Life Cycle/Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SDLC/SELC) and Compliance documents Interview subject matter experts to extract pertinent information for document creation on a variety of subjects Create documentation templates for end-users; populate templates with boilerplate language, relative content, and style tools (e.g., automated table of contents, style tools from Word, etc.) Preparing, reviewing, editing and maintaining program technical documents including software and system engineering documents, CONOPS, test reports, user documentation, implementation documentation, etc.

Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in related field 4 yearsof experience authoring, revising, and editing technical documentation 3 years of experience working within regulated industry producing artifacts The ability to summarize technical information using graphical and textual tools Experience with the SDLC / SELC framework Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong verbal and written English communication skills Experience with Agile project management, and Jira and Confluence Ability to take requirements, break down into stories and tasks, estimate work, report status and issues, and execute with limited oversight Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
