Clearing and Post-Trade Services Administrative Internship
– Year Round Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support Route incoming calls via multi-line phone system Assist with developing systems documentation and archiving of systems requirements documentation Assist with meeting setup, book rooms, stock refreshments Photocopy and scan documents Ensure all office areas and conference rooms are clean/stocked Act as delegate for expense reporting Monitor inventory of office supplies, sort & distribute mail, stock copiers Candidate will assist with other projects as assigned Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in school, pursuing a bachelor’s degree Ability to work in a professional environment; prior office experience preferred Available to work 20 hours per week Seeks opportunities to learn and takes initiative to solve problems or identify areas to improve Willingness to perform repetitive tasks Must be customer service-oriented and detailed oriented Must demonstrate excellent teamwork skills with strong communication skills Manages time efficiently and prioritizes tasks appropriately Proficient with MS Office Suite For EU Residents, the Candidate Privacy Policy can be found here.
