The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.Citigroup Trade Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Application Developer/Analyst to drive Trims Agile delivery as a seasoned technical lead including Scrum Master responsibilities.

This a visible and challenging role as you will report to a global stakeholder and customer base spread across the entire Global Trade Technology organization, representing 80+ countries.

The successful candidate will be a delivery-oriented and technically astute professional leader, with some strategic hands-on ability for remaining current, who contributes to senior strategy.

Demonstrated coaching ability with strong communication skills, combine with necessary soft skills to facilitate squad progress is key.

Experience and knowledge of software delivery for functionality on loans and discounts is important; knowledge of the Trade business (e.G.

import/export with supplier/buyers) is a plus.

Usage of the Project Tracking System or familiarity with project financials forecasting and Agile artifacts.

Ensuring clear and measurable metrics in JIRA with dashboards, story points, squad velocity.

Relationship important with the Product Owner(s), responsible for ensuring exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to implement and actively ensure that the strategic transformation initiatives sponsored by TTS Trade Latam are successfully implemented.

Bilingual a plus.Responsibilities:Key contributor to deliver Trims deliverables with variable TTS Trade Latam partners aligned with the common and Global end stateAssist in the planning and managing of application development assignments generally involving large budgets, cross functional projects or multiple projects.

This includes effectively understanding and analyzing both technical and business risks and impact.Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standardsEnsure design and code reviews, and provide documented guidance aligned to sprint plans and timelines.

Be part of the design review board that will focus on the design process, search for generic patterns, and, at the same time, share best practices across the organization.Accountable for the overall strategy and for driving the teams inside and outside of your organization to deliver expected results.

Drive mindful discussion with business and technical stakeholders that lead to timely decisions.

Participate in discussions to drive smart trade-off decisions that balance efforts, delivery timelines, features, and technical constraints.

Identify and remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations.Ensure SDLC and PTS project financials with Agile artifacts are timely and adhere to ICG and TTS Standards ImplementStakeholder engagement and ensure to align communication at all levels, including senior management.
