Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Southlake, TX.

Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field required 2-4 years’ experience required Experience in operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, or data modeling This role will require daily data input, comparison and research within multiple corporate systems Role will also require data acquisition (data pulls) from multiple corporate systems Will require sufficient knowledge of data access and data manipulation strategies and techniques to access data pursuant to requests Role will also require some degree of data validation skills to ensure data being delivered pursuant to data requests, actually makes sense within the context of the request and the actual business unit function Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time Someone with strong analytical and data pulling skills Someone who can think through query design Someone who is a self-starter Someone who has an understanding that Personal Identification information cannot be disclosed Someone who understands Data, not a technology focus Audit experience could be beneficial Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
