What You Will Be Doing As a Business Analyst you will
– Have an understanding within the Title and Escrow industry to conduct Data Analysis and reporting within the business
– Be responsible for ResWare system setup, maintenance, and integration
– Be responsible for collecting and analyzing business requirements
– Develop automated workflows to streamline processes
– Be responsible in creating customized reports based on business needs
– Conduct end user training
– Process documentation
– Design and execute the test scripts and test scenarios
– Coordinate with the organization to test new workflow
– Manage change requests and ensure proper approval is obtained What You Need for this Position Must have
– Years of experience as an Operational Business Analyst
– Years of experience in the Real EstateTitle and Escrow industry
– Experience with Title industry softwaresystems Nice to Have
– Resware or similar software
– SQL or Entrinsik Informer
