Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire an engineer with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Systems Engineering 4 to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO.

F-15 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 variants.

This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across a program experiencing significant growth!Position Responsibilities:Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teamsWriting performance, specification, and compliance requirementsDevelop systems integration plansBuild up training devices in a lab environmentTroubleshoot system level issues on the training devicesExecute systems integration plansSupport formal testing eventsBuild up, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customers siteEnsuring compliance of system design to security requirements and configuration-control processes This position requires the ability to obtain an active U.S.

Security Clearance.

(A U.S.

Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) An interim and/or final U.S.

Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Export Control Requirement:This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.

120.15 is required.

US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher 5+ years of engineering experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Systems Engineering ExperienceExperience in the Aerospace IndustryExperience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Requirements ManagementSystems IntegrationExperience with Model-Based Systems EngineeringF-15 or other fighter platform experience Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.G.

Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
