This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Government Services (BGS) business organization.This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to directly impact the engineering, design, and development of multiple simulators.
In this role you will design, develop, integrate, and test real-time human-in-the-loop models of aircraft systems and displays, and related tools and utilities.
You will have the opportunity to lead projects, generate system design solutions, coach/mentor less experienced teammates, and develop technical expertise in complex aircraft systems and simulations.
These simulations support the employment and training of next generation avionics and sensor systems for the F-15, F-22, T-7, and MQ-25 aircraft.
The successful candidate will implement and test new cutting edge capabilities and integrate them with a variety of other aircraft subsystems.Position Responsibilities:Develops, documents and maintains architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systemsDevelops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software systemDevelops software verification plans, test procedures and test environments, executing the test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are metPerforms software project management and software supplier management functionsDevelops, selects, tailors and deploys software processes, tools and metricsExecutes and documents software research and development projectsServes as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes and regulationsTracks and evaluates software team and supplier performance to ensure product and process conformance to project plans and industry standardsWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.

Security Clearance for which the U.S.
