We are currently seeking a Benefits Market Analysis Manager for a full time permanent position located in the Richardson TX area.
The Benefits Market Analysis Manager will be responsible for leading the team of Market Analysts that supports all aspects of marketing and financial analysis related to clients group benefit programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage performance reviews and improvement plan Assign andor re-distribute client accounts to the team Budgeting new hires and interviewsource new talent as needed Serve as department manager on escalated issues and assess areas for growth and training as needed develop performance plan if necessary Develop renewal projection calculations for large group clients Review client utilization reports and identify opportunities for plan design and product changes, based upon utilization patterns Own all aspects of the marketing and analysis of the group benefit programs for clients by providing detailed reports and presentation of market information Prepare and present accurate market exhibits for proposal responses, quarterly and annual client meetings Collaborate with other client service team members on the renewal and the Request for Proposal (RFP) process Own the carrier negotiation process Act as subject matter expert on special projects Develop and maintain strong working relationships with carrier partners Maintain accurate, current, organized and complete market and financial information in internal databases Assist team and clients as necessary with special projects Additional responsibilities assigned by management Qualifications, Skills and Requirements Strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Strong organizational skills Positive attitude Ability to handle multiple and changing client priorities Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to work with clients and partners at a strategic level Servant leadership mentality Education, Training and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting or other related field, required, Masters degree, preferred 5 years experience in the insuranceemployee benefits industry required 5 years of ManagementLeadership experience required Proficient in Microsoft Suite, required CEBS Certification, preferred.
