AWS Big Data Engineer – New Jersey
Our client is looking for a Data Engineer who is passionate about data transformation and collaboration with other business teams. The position is located near Somerville, New Jersey.
You will use a mixed stack primarily made up of AWS services to transform large quantities of data and increase customer understanding. Proficiency in Scala is vital as well as a desire to make a difference through your work.
Experience
- Experience working with Python
- Strong proficiency with Scala
- Knowledge of Java, Spark and Pig
- Experience with ETL and Business Intelligence tools
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
