Title Automation Engineer Overview of Position The main function of a DevOps Software Engineer is to use CoE best practices to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs including mainframe and client/server applications, and major enhancement of existing systems.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Maintain AWS CI/CD Pipelines, QA Automation Design and implement CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Design, evaluate, implement, document, and provide instruction on DevOps pipeline implementation and best practices Provide support and fine-tune a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects across other product teams Gather, analyze, and review system requirements/enhancements, document specifications, and develop software solutions Monitor and manage cloud deployments, including the implementation of auto-scaling and cost-management techniques Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing What are the requirements needed for this position?

5 years in a DevOps and network/systems administration role AWS experience A solid foundation in Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and networking technologies Working knowledge of Oracle database technology Web based application experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field experience required  What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
