Someone who is hands-on with Appian development Who can design, implement process models, expressions rules, knows about most of the Appian functions Who knows how to package a application, check dependencies, deploy from one environment to another Who can consume SOAP web services as well as Rest web services Who understands and can create integration, connection services Can create interfaces, complex UI components like editable grids, grids, box layout UI etc Understands data stores, data source, entities, can access and work on database server both in cloud and on-premise Can gather requirement from USA customer, analyse the same and ask questions to business stakeholders Can estimate the work needed to complete a requirement. Who can plan their work and prioritize Can demo the work done to customer Can communicate fluently with USA customer in English and understand very well.
