Gordon, GA. Candidates must hold an active DOD Secret clearance to be considered. The Analytic Developer provides programming services for a variety of specific systems and business, military, scientific, or commercial applications. Participates in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance. Analyzes coding problems and develops improvements to procedures. Exercises independent judgment. Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI, and JavaScript) for a component of the website. RESPONSIBILITIES * Strong experience in several modern languages (JavaScript, Python, HTML, etc.). * Expertise to design, develop, trouble shoot, debug and implement high quality code. * Experience in a wide variety of computing environments including cloud and containerized solutions. * Cultivates a “security first” and “test first” approach to test-driven development. * Assist dependent teams through the SDLC process (including requirements gathering, configuration, testing to integrate DCO Analytics applications). * Provide all the Cybersecurity and RMF A&A artifacts required for an Authority-To-Operate (ATO) and/or an Interim Authority to Test (IATT) as applicable to the DCO Analytics apps. * Maintain integration documentation. * Work with functional team members to update user guides and training materials. * Support developmental testing and operational testing. * Resolve application integration issues * Coordinate with Application owners to identify dependencies and application requirements. * Assist in the development and implementation of Solution Migration and Handover Plans. * Oversee the work on junior developers * Assist application teams through the SDLC process (including requirements gathering, configuration, testing to integrate applications and services) * Provide technical solutions to include troubleshooting support, break-fix operations, patching, and other day-to-day activities required to maintain the health of on-prem and cloud applications and services. * Escalate and work closely with product vendors to support the technical environment * Be able to explain highly technical concepts to both technical peers and those with no technical experience or background. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree – experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. * 5+ years of experience in modern programming languages and development. * Expertise to design, develop, trouble shoot, debug and implement high quality code. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium’s strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements * Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements * Minimal if any, as required by client.
