AbbVie Operations Business Insights (OBI) team is working to transform AbbVie Operations into an agile data driven enterprise.
This is a great opportunity to be a part of this team in helping deliver mid to large-scale, functional and cross-functional analytics initiatives designed to improve business efficiency & decision making.
The Data Analyst will use a broad understanding of manufacturing/operations information needs to execute on data-driven initiatives across disciplines and subject areas for the team for ongoing & future projects.
Additionally, this individual will be responsible for demonstrating both practical and innovative approaches while helping drive the reporting/analytics strategy for the manufacturing/operations division of Abbvie.
The ideal candidate will be a proponent for innovation, best practices, sound design with data & information optimization in mind, strong development habits, and efficient team/project structures.
Job Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and sustain relationships with business stakeholders while gaining a broader understanding of strategic objectives from a business and analytics perspective Develop business and operations data requirements necessary to support strategic objectives Assist in defining design specifications for medium to high complexity analytics initiatives Assist in driving visibility to critical business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide insights supporting assurance of supply, operational excellence, customer satisfaction and product performance Provide innovative analytics ideas along with execution strategy to help drive business insights across manufacturing/operations Qualifications Qualifications 3 years in BI/DW and Analytics; experience will include one or more of the following: Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Architect, Analytics/Reporting Architect Proven track record in project delivery involving business and technical teams Experience with onshore/offshore/near shore resources Pharmaceutical industry experience.
