Establishes the process and structure for Lean Portfolio Management to align strategy and execution.
Educates leaders and facilitates outcome-based planning Responsible for establishing and leading the Agile Centers of Excellence for organizational and team design across the organization.
Mentors other Agile Coaches on organizational and team design best practices Experience 7 years’ experience in technology and working in an Agile environment at all levels of management A track record in delivering enterprise, scaled agile and lean programs of work Led multiple team and organizational design efforts to promote agility Experience designing enterprise level budgetinvestment prioritization and intake processes specific to lean agile framework Experience in coaching at a broad level, including business and technology c-level executives Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and their application to program and portfolio management Experience developing and delivering training Desired Skills Large-scale change management expertise Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead discussions with agile transformation executives and CIO s on relevant topics Value stream mapping facilitationdefinition Lean Portfolio Management facilitationdefinition Ability to coachdevelop other Agile Coaches SPC andor PMI-ACP Certification is desired
