You like to work as part of a cohesive team, and you bring energy and commitment to the work.What You’ll Do:The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting and continuously enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform.
The Salesforce Administrator partners with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and establishing a roadmap of new features and enhancements that meet those needs.
This position is a blend of administration and solution architect disciplines.
This individual must consistently manage multiple competing priorities and maintain proficiency in industry standards and best practices.Responsibilities:1.
Perform administration of Salesforce instance including configuration, security, workflows, custom objects, related lists, bulk updates and data loads, user maintenance and rollout of new features2.
Work across multiple business units to ensure our Salesforce instance fits specific business needs and objectives3.
Act as subject matter expert for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform4.
Troubleshoot technical challenges, provide technical assistance & training on Salesforce Sales and Service cloud environment5.
Execute ideas to improve utilization, adoption, and ROI from Salesforce6.
Assist to effectively integrate and utilize Pardot with Salesforce7.
Create and enforce strategic policies for effective data management with high data quality and appropriate data use8.
Address reporting and data analysis needs for the business.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards9.
Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise applications (BI data warehouse, ERP, Custom Applications etc.)10.
Design and document technical solutions Skills and Experience You’ll Need To Do It:1.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2.
3 years of Salesforce administration experience on Lightning platform3.
Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud4.
Experience with Pardot marketing automation solution, a plus5.
Salesforce Administrator certification, a plus6.
Experience using Salesforce with third party data tools (e.G., Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce Power BI connector)7.
Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands
