Account Executive / Business Developer

Motivational Systems, Inc., a full service supplier of interior and exterior environmental graphics (displays and signage) is currently looking to fill the position of Account Executive for its Riverside Division. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, organized, have strong communication and marketing skills with the ability to evaluate and provide solutions for our customers’ needs. Project Management experience and or outside sales experience is a must. This position requires coordination of various facets and teams to carry our designs from conception to installation. The right candidate will be working closely with our Interior and Graphic Design Departments, Service, Production and Installation Departments. This candidate should have the desire to become part of a team that meets its commitments to both our clients and employees. Builder Industry knowledge is preferred. Following are additional qualifications the successful candidate must possess: •Strong leadership skills. •Good organizational and planning skills. •Detail oriented. •Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts written and verbally. •Strong work ethic. •The ability to represent MSI in a professional manner. •Computer literate with emphasis in MS Office Applications. •Clean driving record.
