Here, you will make an impact by:Contributing to the day-to-day activities of a 3M Engineering Scrum Team.You will be part of our team’s daily scrum working on backlog items from a specific project on the team.+ Opportunity to work with a strong team of developers to do meaningful work that makes a difference in Healthcare.+ Will gain a thorough understanding of healthcare transactional data.+ Will be key contributor to a system that is critical to the organization.+ We are a team that is dedicated to innovating, create and appreciate the team members that work here.+ Design and Development of high quality, efficient, maintainable Java code in a team environment with challenging deadlines.+ Utilize Scrum development methodologies for Agile development.+ Work and cooperate with team in design, development and code review meetings.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution+ General programming in Java, C#, Python.

Linux experience.

Exposure in cloud computing in AWS.

Exposure and knowledge of Chaos Engineering.+ Exposure to cloud computing on AWS.+ Knowledge of Chaos Engineering.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from an accredited institution.+ Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.+ Skills include ability to innovate, learn and be inquisitive.+ General programming in any well adopted language like Java, Python, C#.+ Some exposure to cloud computing in AWS.+ Some exposure or knowledge of Chaos Engineering.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
