People like you!**Job Description**This position is responsible for ensuring U.S.

payrolls, both hourly and salary, are processed timely & accurately and ensuring that all monthly accounting and payroll related remittances are completed by due dates.**Essential Job Functions****Management:**+ Organizes, coordinates and schedules resources necessary for payroll related processing.+ Provides training, oversight and guidance to U.S.

Payroll team members as required.+ Maintains a customer service focus as it relates to providing payroll services.+ Ensures that the business’s payroll procedures are documented, reviewed and updated on a regular basis.+ Ensures accuracy and timeliness of payroll preparation.+ Process HSS Enterprises Ltd.

payroll**Financial and Analytical:**+ Ensures timely remittances of various payroll withholdings and benefit invoices.+ Ensures all statutory reporting requirements are being completed by deadlines.+ Ensures timely and accurate reporting to senior management, plant management or other stakeholders as required.**Collaboration:**+ Works in partnership with Human Resources and Accounting and provides support to other departments in the organization as required.+ Supports internal/external audit requests for information.+ Prepares information to support ad-hoc projects or analysis as required.+ Interacts with ADP to resolve processing issues.**Knowledge:**+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related legislation and implement as necessary; accounting and payroll principles, methods and practices with state and federal payroll tax regulations, policies and procedures, employment standards legislation.+ Prepare year-end reports and documentation as required by both company management and governmental agencies.**Technology:**+ Acts as a main point of contact for U.S.

payroll issues.+ Provide Kronos support for specified U.S.

This role will be responsible for processing HSS payroll which will include a number of Director & V.P level employees.+ **Self-Starter** – Proactive with an ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.

Completes tasks in a timely manner, has excellent problem-solving skills, has an ability to work well in a collaborative setting.+ **Analytical Skills** – Results oriented, deadline oriented with a proven track record of attention to detail.+ **Communication & People Skills** – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective people skills with a demonstrated ability to establish & maintain strong and meaningful relationships with others.

Resolve conflict and inspire trust in others.**Work Environment**+ Work is generally performed in an office environment+ Travel (light, maybe once per year.)**Physical Demands**+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time+ Must be able to work flexible hours**Required Education/Experience**+ Bachelor’s degree required+ 10+ years experience in full-cycle payroll processing.+ Knowledge of ADP, Kronos, and Workday (preferred.)+ Computer skills with MS Office; demonstrates high proficiency in the use of Word, Excel and Power Point.+ Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Designation through American Payroll Association**Direct Reports**+ This role has 1 direct report, a Payroll Administrator.**Work Authorization**Must be authorized to work in the United States of America#IND1#LI-KG2**Benefits of Employment:** IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
