Position for an Industrial Trainer / Technical Trainer : Position will be in the corporate Industrial Training School which supports New Hire training for manufacturing operators / assembly workers / etc (mostly craft employees, blue collar, union workforce) Complete Industrial Training/Methods Engineering responsibility and authority, including but not limited to:
– Create process for certification of training for employees
– Review of 35% of employee base per month
– Build & Maintain training plan
– Create shared training database
– Plan and execute review cycle for employee training evaluation
– Establish shared procedures
– Conduct training to raise level of expertise
– Create training to be used for all training
– Identify potential low performers for allocation of training or movement
– Participate in actions for problem resolution
– Implement training process standardization
– Identify and implement specialized training requirements inclusive of training records Skill, Experience, Education:
