– Experienced Technical Recruiters who currently have a network of IT candidates in Texas and Florida.
Remote Technical Recruiter Responsibilities:
Recruiters identify candidates, verify interest, qualify fit and match them to positions while building meaningful relationships.
· Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients.
· Review resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to qualify applicants.
· Assist with interview preparations, all communications and extending offers to qualified applicants.
· Create and continuously update client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking.
· Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction.
· Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.
· Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
Remote Technical Recruiter Qualifications:
· 2+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience is required.
· Experience working remotely during EST business hours.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
· Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
· Proficient with Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, & Monster
· MUST Love Sales, Cold Calling, and building relationships.
