SkillsetGroup has a great opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting organization.

This roles partners directly with the IT Division and Business Development Managers to hire best in class talent for our client’s IT projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Drive and facilitate all facets of technical recruiting including the initial research and planning phase, candidate identification/sourcing, assessment, development and presentation, offer and close.

· Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to gain full understanding of each position and discuss search direction and design recruiting campaigns.

· Maintain effective and proactive communication keeping all stakeholders informed and provide a strong consultative approach with hiring manager.

· Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, and competitive industries, and a strong grasp of industry trends within our talent landscape.

· Takes ownership for recruitment related projects as needed.

· Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates; identifies and gathers information (e.g., ability to hire, relocation, compensation) to qualify talent pool.

· Maintains candidate satisfaction at all phases of the relationship by leveraging motivators and incentives to engage candidates and prepare them for next phases of the process; identifies approaches to enhance candidate experience throughout hiring plans.

· Complies with all company policy and EEO/ADA guidelines.

Job Requirements:
 Required Skills & Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred 

·         3 plus years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience in a high volume, agency environment. 

·         Experience in researching, developing, and implementing sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidate. 

·         Resourceful and effective use of search engines, job sites, social networks, etc. 

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills. 

·         Polished and professional in appearance and communications. 

·         Strong LinkedIn and professional networks to support accessing passive candidates.
