Bilingual Recruiter

Grecian Delight Kronos Food Group is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter for our rapidly growing HR team! This person would be responsible for attracting candidates to interview and hire great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition on a regular basis and proactively identify future candidates.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for putting people into great jobs and has experience in a fast-paced environment, that can handle multiple projects and can attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What you are going to be doing…

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resume via phone, video and in-person and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Schedule on-site interviews with candidate and hiring managers and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process – be the “face” of recruitment
• Promote Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods as the “best place to work”

What you need to Have…

• 1+ years of experience in staffing agency or high-volume recruitment situation
• Associates Degree minimum; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish – this is a must have
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods – this role is working at the plant level
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees at GDK – from the plant floor to the CEO effectively and clearly in both written and verbal situations
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and ability to learn new technologies
