Summary
2K Vegas is growing rapidly (a great problem to have!) but this means we need to find a talented Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.
This will initially be a 5-6 month engagement but there is potential for this to be an ongoing position.
You will work across the full hiring lifecycle including sourcing qualified candidates, writing and posting jobs, conducting phone screens, coordination of pre-employment checks and manage day to day entry into our ATS system.
Reports to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and based at our office in Downtown Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Source suitable candidates, screen candidates resumes and job applications and seek feedback from hiring managers on candidates.
Coordinate and schedule phone and virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers using Greenhouse ATS and Outlook.
Track and communicate candidate progress from initial contact through offer stage.
Act as primary contact for candidates regarding questions; field questions to team as needed
Assist with the creation of candidate offer letters and ensure candidates complete all recruitment related forms.
Provide day-of support for all scheduled interviews, including communicating and solving for last minute interviewer/candidate cancellations and schedule adjustments.
Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring teams and recruiters, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow through, thoroughness in overall work product and attention to detail.
Additional project and administrative duties, as assigned.
May support human resources with additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter, preferably 2+ years in high-volume environment
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Familiarity with social media recruiting, specifically LinkedIn
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
Associates degree in business, or related field; OR two (2) years of directly related experience
Ability to problem solve, deal with ambiguity successfully and accept change in a fast-paced studio environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent computer literacy.
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential.
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime when needed.
Ability to lift 15-20 lbs.
occasionally, sit for prolonged periods of time, stand occasionally for long periods of time, bend at the waist and walk between separate floors to offices, conference rooms and interview rooms.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday and Greenhouse.
Interest and knowledge in video games and game development.
