Talent Acquisition Recruiter

What we are looking for:

O’Reilly is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Talent Acquisition Recruiter! We are looking for a candidate with who is adept at guiding key partners and hiring managers and knows the importance of proactive networking, diversity hiring, and passive candidate engagement.

Our Recruiters are the subject matter experts on our recruitment processes and champion necessary changes in process or philosophy to adapt to change within the recruiting market.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting process for corporate requisitions
• Manage 20+ open requisition load, filling positions within 30 days
• Utilize broad market knowledge and creative network to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market by attending career fairs, and networking events and championing the company’s recruitment branding strategy
• Facilitate talent planning and debrief discussions to establish, measure, and monitor successes and opportunities to address potential issues to ensure hiring objectives are achieved

What you will need:

• 1+ year/s of sourcing or recruiting experience or similar experience
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, peers, and hiring managers at all levels
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication; listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Thrive in a fast paced, high pressure, challenging and hyper-growth environment
• Operates with high sense of urgency while not compromising details
