Job Description: Job Description This Talent Acquisition Consultant Specialty Recruiter position will sit in the Global Talent Acquisition organization within Global Human Resources and will provide strategic staffing support for Bank of America and will be predominantly aligned to Small Business Field Sales: which includes Small Business Consultant, Small Business Banker, and Enterprise Small Business Banker roles.
This role may support the recruiting of roles within a regional support coverage model covering the recruiting for roles in Small Business Field Sales, Client and Franchise Solutions, Practice Solutions Inside/Outside Sales, and Strategy & Support.
Position Overview and Description: Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting Partner with hiring manager and senior leaders in the small business organization and multiple business partners in HR, LD, compensation, and finance to create and implement a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent Heavy focus on mid-level hiring across multiple cities within the US Scope of Responsibilities: Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate Extensive executive client interaction Attend career fairs and interview events onsite as well as offsite and/or virtual as needed Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans Strong integration and partnerships with Global Talent Acquisition partners Enterprise Role Overview Independently manages the search and selection process for professional, sales and management, technical, and other niche skill positions.
Manages the full lifecycle of staffing processes; to include networking and pipelining.
Engages and leverages business partners, such as Hiring Managers, Human Resource Managers, and Leadership Development to achieve results and deliver on Staffing plans.
Individual contributor role with 3-5 years of recruiting experience .
Required Skills: MUST HAVE a minimum of 3-5 years professional level recruiting experience, including but not limited to; developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, candidate assessment through in-depth behavioral based phone screens/interviews, management of the end-to-end recruiting process, etc.
