LockNet will work with the corporate office and general contractors to ensure competitive pricing on quality products designed for high-traffic locations. Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Specialist LockNet is looking for a passionate and energetic Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources Team and take on the role of leading talent acquisition here at LockNet If you are experienced in recruiting and talent acquisition, as well as an excellent and enthusiastic communicator with strong interactive and relational skills, then we want to talk to you We are looking for a candidate who is strong in and passionate about the functions of recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention, and who can successfully partner with individuals both inside and outside of the organization to hire the right people for our fast-growing company. As a discerning and great listener, our Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Specialist will be able to read people, drive to gather necessary information, and successfully gauge candidates’ fit for both our organization and the seat they would fill within it. This position requires successfully and autonomously handling multiple tasks in a very fast-paced work environment and being able to successfully prioritize ongoing responsibilities. This thriving recruiter will successfully handle hiring requests through strategically utilizing LockNet’s recruiting system and website, employee referrals, job fairs, advertisements, and other sources to attract, evaluate, and aggressively obtain qualified candidates to fit the company’s needs. To be successful in this role, candidates should have successful work experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating the candidate pool for varying types of positions. Excellent candidates will have the ability to quickly understand and complete intricate tasks, successfully work independently to tactically perform recruiting tasks, and will also have the talent to be very collaborative in nature when working with Hiring Managers and other Leadership Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Specialist – Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: More specifically, the Recruiter’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategically using internal and external resources to source appropriately and attract qualified candidates. Successfully recruit for all positions and locations, to include warehouse, administrative, and remote as well as from entry level to specialized skill sets. Partnering directly with our hiring managers to verify the required skills and experience for the position, assist in developing both cultural and KSA interview questions, and to apply other assessments. Managing the Applicant Tracking System to post positions, filter candidates, and communicate with both candidates and track internal notes. Utilizing multiple avenues to assess candidates work history, competency, and other qualifications to ensure a match before coordinating and conducting the “in-person” (or virtual) interview with the Hiring Manager. Engaging with potential candidates, conducting any pre-screening, and conducting phone interviews as well as being the point of contact for candidates to coordinate and confirm next step interview schedules. Preparing written job offers, coordinating and managing the pre-hire screening and process; and scheduling/coordinating the general first day onboarding times/dates with key internal points of contact for the new hire transition. Occasional travel may be required to join events such as job fairs or networking activities as a sourcing need; therefore, some flexibility in workspace and schedule may be required from time to time. Standards of performance will include, but are not limited to: The ability to successfully grasp and execute on strategic initiatives involving recruiting and employer branding is required. Talent in collaborating and bringing creative ideas and strategy that will drive the function forward, is critical to the success of this position. The constant demonstration of excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required. Consistent demonstration of initiative and decision-making skills. Exhibiting professionalism and showing our positive employer branding is essential. Displaying and supporting exceptional cultural alignment is critical as well. High attention to detail while still moving at a fast and efficient pace is necessary. Capacity to be flexible and adaptable; to be able to quickly adjust and move from one task to another or one outcome to another, as called upon. Ability to respectfully challenge, guide, and coach as needed on matters pertaining to hiring and selection. Knowledge, Education, Skills and Experience Specifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, specifically in recruiting. HR certification and/or direct knowledge/exposure to HR concepts would be a plus but are not required. 4 to 7 years of specific recruiting experience, preferably with various experiences recruiting with both industrial and administrative functions. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. What Sets LockNet Apart as an Employer?
