Staffing Recruiting Manager

Job Description We are searching for an experienced Recruiting Manager/ Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and grow our Prospect Heights, IL location. Must have at least 7-10 years of management experience in the staffing/recruiting industry as a Recruiting Manager/ Staffing Manager with proven skills to manage and grow a successful recruitment division, including exposure to sales and account development/ account management. Primary duties are to work closely with recruiters for training and development, hire and train recruiters, recruit for open job orders, work closely with B2B clients, conduct client presentations, assist with closing deals, assist with getting new clients, and monitor ad budgets. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have an understanding of state and federal employment laws and guidelines. Experience with management in sales/account development and recruitment is preferred. Must have strong management and strong organizational skills, experience with developing and monitoring KPIs, and experience with ATS (applicant tracking systems). Experience recruiting in the IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Administrative/Finance, is required.
