Program Manager Capacity Planning & Operational Excellence Analysis: (Individual contributor function / Hands On) Reporting & analysis program management that includes driving the creation, maintenance and optimization of global recruiting capacity planning in collaboration with regional and talent segment recruiting leaders, collaborating with the people analytics team to capture, analyze and make recommendations to the recruiting program managers, recruiting leaders and other partners that helps to drive data driven decisions for programs, projects and daily operations.2.

Director of Program Management, Training & Enablement: (Individual contributor function / Hands On) Responsible for creating and optimizing training, enablement and organizational change programs for hiring managers, recruiters, sourcers and recruiting coordinators that drive process efficiency, improved experiences for employees and candidates.

Focus areas include existing staff and new staff.

First hand experience developing learning & development strategies, planning and delivering successful outcomes in a recruiting environment.3.

Program Manager, Vendor Management: (Individual contributor function / Hands on) Responsible for the creation and optimization of vendor services.

Services are inclusive of but not limited to market analysis vendors, 3rd party search services, recruiting agency services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and other vendors as appropriate.

Collaborates with recruiting leaders, internal partners and external partners to drive continuous process improvements that result in improved key performance indicators, candidate pipeline on demand and a great experience.Responsibilities* Business process & technology optimization* Align to the recruiting vision, and drive recruiting process and systems improvements by focusing on critical and high impact areas, delivering multi-year processes and systems roadmaps for recruiting automation and competitive intelligence that accelerates delivery and per employee productivity.* Influence stakeholders across our global recruiting organization to drive process improvements that will ensure business efficiencies to scale to 100k+ employees with an ever decreasing cost per hire.* Influence the recruiting technology roadmap by prioritizing and aligning with your cross-functional recruiting operations and technology partners.* Deliver processes and tools that ensure that our global recruiting team is working at the highest levels of efficiency.* Use a data-driven approach to evaluate and solve for current issues and opportunities as you collaborate with your cross-functional peers.* Work with recruiting leadership to identify opportunities to automate and accelerate lead generation and management.* Ensure that all programs support our goals for continuous improvement, a great experience and a diverse employee base.* Partner with employment legal and compliance early in your planning process and throughout to ensure it aligns with global, regional, local and talent segment requirements.* Support change management and appropriate communication plans to ensure new processes and systems are rolled out effectively on a global scale, while ensuring that all stakeholders and users are represented to ensure program success.* Partner with training and enablement to assure the necessary adoption of tools and services.* Define the scope of the project in collaboration with implementation team and senior management* Create, update and maintain project management documentation related to all work that clearly defines required vision, mission, scope of work, tasks, task owners, sponsors, collaborators, communications, timelines, dependencies, status, risks and more as appropriate to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.* Create, update and maintain decision logs, risk and risk mitigation plans.* Provide weekly status updates in meetings and through other forms of standardized communications to ensure that leaders, partners, stakeholders and task owners are aligned, informed and working as one unified team.Requirements* Demonstrated experience with process and systems performance improvement methodologies such as value stream mapping, lean six sigma or similar past experience* Demonstrated experience evaluating large scale issues and creating solutions that are data driven* Ability to translate business issues and solutions into compelling stories that are backed by data* Proven ability to create and deliver recruiting process improvements* Extensive knowledge of global recruiting* Experience managing cross functional recruiting partnerships and influencing leadership on a global basis* Genuine curiosity and knowledge of enterprise scale recruiting* Experience as a Program Manager and/or Product management is mandatory* Understand and excel in a matrix management environment* Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills* Able to work well in a cross-functional, geographically distributed environment* Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.* Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction* Strong quantitative and analytical skills* Proven ability to track and execute on complex global recruiting projects* Caring and respectful personality, always putting the needs of people first over the delivery of the project* Thorough understanding of recruiting business processes and related technologies* Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives, technical and non-technical team members alike* Experience framing, establishing and implementing large-scale change initiatives* Demonstrated ability to deliver a great experience through business processesPreferred Candidate Requirements* Business Process Management Certification* Program Management Professional Certification* Project Management Professional Certification* Experience with Workday* Experience with Workday Position ManagementAccommodationsIf you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Posting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
